Action Cooking
Action Cooking is a great way to improve your cooking skills while enjoying the company of new friends. Action Cooking allows you to enjoy cooking, the setting of tableware and eating together. (Classes of 6 or 10 people). |

Palmarosa provides seminars to people who wish to improve their own health and wellness or to those who wish to teach health and wellness to others. Seminars are taught to those in the medical profession, (e.g. doctors, nurses, nutritionists etc.), and to those who are currently unwell or to healthy people who are trying to obtain optimum health and wellness. |
Corporate Training
Palmarosa offers corporate training to organizations and professionals involved in helping others to improve their health and wellness. Clients include those in the medical profession and companies involved in the esthetic industry. The focus of the Palmarosa corporate training is to provide training and communication skills so that people can more effectively help their clients. |
Weight Control Classes
Palmarosa provides advice and counseling to those who wish to obtain their optimal weight; this is done through a holistic approach where the client is encouraged to take responsibility for their own health through a balanced and healthy lifestyle. |
