Naoko Kageyama:

Naoko Kageyama established Palmarosa in 2004.
Naoko is a fully qualified nutritionist with over ten years experience including 6 years working as a nutritionist in a Japanese hospital.
Naoko’s experiences in the hospital helped her to realize that she wanted to help people before they became sick by teaching them about health and wellness so that they could prevent illness.
In an effort to share her wisdom Naoko wrote a book called ‘Food Coaching’ (Shoku Coaching), which was published in Japan in 2007.
This book is used by many in the health and wellness professions in Japan and also by individuals interested in achieving optimum health and wellness.

Prior to becoming a nutritionist Naoko was a flight attendant for a major Japanese airline, Naoko wishes to bring the attitude of service found in the airline industry to those involved in the health and wellness industry.

Naoko’s book and services are therefore also aimed at helping such people to improve their communication skills so that they can teach health and wellness skills more effectively to their clients.
